Just welding and grinding , there's no body filler at all , I do autobody for a living so I'm kinda good with that kind of stuff lol

I cut the hinges and there quickly removable and takes 2 minutes to put my stock doors back on

Well Im new to fixing vehicles and even newer to wheelin and crawling. Send me a pm if it is easier. My dad has a welder and has started to teach me. I want half hard doors that can have a removable top half.

Like you keep the window part of the frame whole, so it can be reattached to the bottem?

I just picked up 2 front half doors similar to this off of CL! They arent quite as finished as yours though! They do Look great!

hey do u by chance have a pic of what the inside of the door looks like, i hav a set of doors that the plan was to do something like this just havent planned it all out, and i just found this thread so if u dont mind a somewhat copy i would be interested to get some more info on how u did this
