Yea it's been crazy hot here and I'm not a fan of tube doors so I decided to do the half doors , and the latch works like a door lock , I took one of the handle rods and cut it and drilled a hole in the top of the skin I welded on and hooked it right to the latch , all u gotta do is press it down

Very impressed with the work and the pictures but if you wouldnt mind adding "NSFW" in the title or in the initial post that would be much appreciated by those of us who browse at work.

I think CherokeeForum should do a calender. We have plenty of pics of Sweet A$$ XJs.....and I bet we have some HOTTY lady XJ owners/Wifes/GFs who would love to pose for pics. I've never seen or known a hot chick who didn't like to have her picture taken while scantelly clad. We could maybe send pics into the administrators and then have a poll where the forum members vote on the 12 best pics for the calender.

Then we could do some sort of cash prize fundraiser/gambling ring on which CF member we think is the calendar girl. Everyone puts in $5, and the winners go into a sudden death round of internet rock-paper-scissors for who wins the money. Or just guess a number between 1 and 50 that will be picked by said named calendar girl.

Why settle on 1 calander girl. I was talking a different girl with a different Jeep for each month. Variety is the spice of life....lol.

Can you take some shots from the top so we can see the way you welded the inner and outer together and what the seam looks like?
