They are for sale for 600$ Should i buy them? I know that it's leafs up front. Yada yada yada. Is it possible to fab them up to work in my cherokee?

Look up "waggy" and "waggy D44" kinds of threads and you'll find tons on this. The front can be fabbed to your Jeep, especially if it is driver side diff and non-vacuum disconnect. The rear COULD be used, but many of them have an offset diff that is generally not preferred for the swap.
$600 is way too much for the pair, unless they have been heavily modified, like with lockers, upgraded shafts, or the like. If they are bone stock, you won't want to go more than $300-$350 for the pair or $200 for the front only. Even that would be high by a lot of people's standards.
