I dont have to lay under the jeep to engage or disengage the cluth. I can just reach down. the handle is at the bottom of the bumper.

whoops sorry i ment to the cherokee its late where i am like where were to bolts mounted to for the upper brackets...do you get what i mean?

The bumper is mounted on each side the the original bumoer mounts along with being tied into the unibody with the tow hitch mounts. 14 bolt points total.
