I love plate bumpers, especially wrap-around but $650 for a front bumper is way pricey altho it looks great. Kinda looks like my Hanson except for the internal winch mount. And before anyone says anything - I didn't pay anywhere near 600 for it altho they do retail for quite a bit more.

Edit: the rear bumper is a work of art.

Yeah - I figured as much. I think he could get them sold relatively quickly if he were able to get his message out. It's a good looking bumper with a very nice design.I just don't think he will get many $650 buyers. Offering it for less could attract more buyers. But I guess it's a chicken-and-egg situation - Catch 22.

The bumper might be on the high range for some. I looked at buying a bumper from web sites for awhile. I just wasnt happy with them, quality, look, before I settled on having a custom biuld. most bumpers I looked at where close in prices. Doc ask if he could try something new with my XJ. "Have at it as long as it doesnt look like crap." This is what he came up with. same story with the rear bumper. For the quality and time he put in the bumper its well worth it. Some of you have seen my biuld pages. If not review them. I havent skimped on anything with my biuld yet. My armour is the life of my rig. I couldnt have ask for better quality. The only armour that hasnt touched rock and been tested, used and used well is the Baja Rack. I wouldnt have put this tread up if I didnt back him 100%. Its worth it. He need my bumpers to duplicate the biuld. They are one of a kind.. The steel plate used to biuld the front bumper is 3/16. He guaranties his work, Insured. Hes not a back yard welder.

As for the rear bumper if anyone is interested. If I can get 5 buyers He will biuld for $550 plus shipping. Depending on steel prices maybe a few bucks less. You will have to cut your rear sheet metal to mount the bumper. I cut and folded my rear panal under.
