Front bumper fab help

Hey I have a friend building me a front bumper and i wanted to get some bushwacker bolt on fender flare style. I was wondering what the distance from the wheel well ( after being cut) to the front light grill( that line before the turn signal ) on a 97+ xj

if they are cutout flares, they stop right at the header panel line. maybe 1/2 inch behind.

pocket cutout BW flares. set as high as possible (flush with the body line) and even with the front fender line. other pics in my build thread...

Pocket flares are the ones I ment to say. Is that the placement they usually are at? If so I'm trying to get the side of the bumper to line up with the angle of the wheel well. About how far is the well cut out from that line?
