so i noticed yesturday that my passenger floor was rotted out. almost made me cry. so now i have to go to home depot and get some sheet metel and change it.

The question is can i use rivets instead of welding because i dont have a garage or a welder?

i was planing on bending the metal and then where ever i cut i would ad an in to the metel and place it on top dill holes and pop rivet the metal in then get some sealnt and paint inside and out .

is this an okay way or will it just give it problems later. also what size SM should i get. 16g 8g 14g.??

be sure to use stainless steel rivets

 

if you throw some under coating on it u should be good, i like welders though, looks like you got something to buy
