if you don't have access to a welder call your local high school auto shop and I'm sure they'll tack it up for you, they're always looking for projects for students.. You'll be much happier in the long run with it welded up..

...or a community college, there are lots of options available if you use a little creative thought. Check craigslist for anyone in your area that does welding as well. Doesn't have to be a body shop. Ask around, maybe someone will do it for a case of beer.....

Isn't it amazing what you can get out of people when you drop the attitude? Nobody here slammed you, just gave you advice. We turned it up when you turned it up. Just sayin'....

I understand. I really didn't mean to seem like I had an attitude, I've just been stressed about it since I am running out of time before snow hits.

Haha you said it! Tomorrow is my day off, so hopefully this rain stops so I can do some kind of work on that thing.

I was like you and didn't have the means or tools necessary and used some fiberglass cloth on my rusty spots.
Like the above people said, it isn't the best route but it's what I can do. Overall it turned out pretty good, and was fairly easy to do. It can be a little time consuming just because you have to wait for all the products to dry but other than that it's ezpz.
