To take the doors off all you have to do is unbolt the star lookin bolts when u open ur door I think there is 6 per door but not quite sure

All you have to do is cut the bottom portion of the brackets and the pins. It's not to hard i just did my driver side the other day. I'm planning on starting to make half doors very soon. So I did step one for them.

Im personally new to the cherokee so I cant comment on the structural integrity. I was running my fsbronco doorless and it was great... but thats a completely different setup.
Im going to try going doorless this spring since my truck is already messed up. Ill see what happens
