After doing this wheeling yesterday I am planning on making some new corners.

Anyone got any recommendations? should i cut out the sheet metal and weld in new corners or just do what this guy did and self tapping screw some in?

going to cut the quarter panels out as well seeing how they are rusty and welding in something like this, but keeping the stock bumper end caps

Well, the diamond plate along the back looks sick, and rivets would hold just as well and be a smoother finish than self tappers. Why not do a cut and fold on the rear lower quarters and not worry about them again? Mine were rusting out pretty good so I cut them completely off and formed diamond plate to cover the openings, but to each his own.
