This looks ok. The only issue I see it that its not really sealed. Does it produce any good bass?

It is sealed, but within the body of the Jeep. I went back in a few times and tweaked it: filled in all the pillars, blocked in the enclosure so it starts at the seatbelt, sealed up the tail lights & miscellaneous holes, added rubber gasket around the edges to seal up when mounted. Of course it will sound different from a different type enclosure such as a fiberglass box, but it hits pretty good. Consider the type of woofer & handling capacity (800RMS). It's not designed to win competitions & my overkill insulation keeps the sound primarily inside the vehicle (you don't want to advertise in my neighborhood ). Works for me.

oregonjeepster - not trying to step on your toes. Someone asked for pics and since this was an older thread, I tried to help. I like the glass work - never tried it, but wish I could. Very nice work!
