After it was all on did it sag your back end any? I have a stiff ride as it is and about 1/4 to 1/2 inch higher in the rear.

no mine dosnt at all. im only 16 and when the tire is off i can pick up the whole bumper.....its heavy but very reasible. its lighter than most that they sell on 4wd.com. i pull my boat with it and that is about 150lbs tounge wieght and its still isnt noticible sag

I ran across the website on another forum.

Not that I don't like yours. Neat design. Looks a little difficult to get into the rear hatch though, especially to get stuff like coolers or chairs in and out.

I like dfm_13's bumper/tire carrier setup better. They look about equally as strong, But dfm's bumper is more origional, and doesnt block your dirrectional and reverse lights! that could get you pulled over in some states.

no those lights are on a differnt switch they arnt wired into my reverse light...they are completly independant

and if you look at the carrier on the link above it will only work for a old style cherokee 1996 or older beacuse on the newer ones the lights are attached to the tailgate....so the hinge would be in the way of the tailgate opening. but on the older ones the light assembly is not attached to the tailgate

oh one more thing an the two links to other treads in this forum my bumper is mounter very simarlry but doesnt stick of from the jeep it sits flush like the factory
