Nice work bro. I also did the "no tcu, button shift" mod. It is awesome 👌. Nice wiring job, very cool. R

Exclamation 91 Jeep xj 4.0 minimalist harness

Hey all, first post here and have some questions. Cut down my harness to the basics but I’m trying to bypass the ASD and fuel pump relays but now I have no spark but have voltage at the important points. I’ve replaced the crankshaft position sensor, the distributor, and the coil still do not have spark still have voltage and it will crank but no spark. Any ideas will be welcomed. I will post pictures when I can get some more specific ones.

Welcome to the forum. You'll get a lot better advice and help if you start a new thread. This thread is for a Renix and your 91 is COMPLETELY different. I'm a Renix guy myself and do not have any knowledge on the 91-96 model years, they ran an OBD1 system by Chrysler.

I haven't heard of the No TCU button shift mod. Is there a thread where you saw that. I'd be interested in doing that to my auto.
