hmmm.i wonder how he blacked out the insides of the lenses? looks sick! i am SOOOO gonna fab me some steering stabilizers like they have in the front!!! i ihave my 97-01 header w/grille new in the box,was gonna save i for my "wagoneer" build but i think ill use it on the 90,just gotta get the fenders.

 

I love the way those lights "update" the front of the XJ. I'm seriously thinking of doing this to my '01 now.

I might have missed something reading your build but... How do you plan on aiming/adjusting them?

 

Take the headlight, pop it in the oven or use a heat gun to soften the glue holding the lens on the housing, pull lens then paint to you liking.

 

what would i need to pull from the jy to do this?

 

All you need is the Commander headlight housings, and bulb harnesses if you want to make the wiring easier! Then, get some L brackets from a hardware store.
