It looks cool. Yank that wood out and put some metal in, at least you have the template made for it already.

I'd be afraid that mdf would crack if you flexed it out pretty good since it's rigid and the rest of the jeep isn't. Something has to give.

Looks good man. Its your rig and you can build it however you want. Kinda looks like an AM General Humvee! You just gave me an idea for the 90 XJ body I have.

MDF- medium density fiberboard... others words, it will do a great job! I dont like military looking vehicles, but your Xj looks Sick! I would like to do a triple thumbs up!!!
