Chop Saw/Tube Bender
I have the protools 105HD. As pointed out the dies are the expensive part. What I did was buy one die when I get the tool. Then when I do tubing work for someone, and it isnt the same size as mine.. they buy the tube , and the die.. if not buy a pre bent bumper.
Just thinking here but could you make a die from cutting plate steel and welding/bolting it together? I know cost vs. time might make it not worth while but...
I have never used a tubing bender and I have thought about making one but don't have the money for the dies right now. I probably would not make one this way but just wondering if it would work.
cross section pic so you can get what I am thinking.

check out this link http://www.harborfreight.com/ lots of decent stuff to do all that. However the really cheap stuff is good for a once in a while application. But they do have a lot of good stuff at reasonable prices and they ship fast.
