Cherokee XJ Rear Side Window Racks

Old fart with a wrench
You guys have given me hope! There is NO place to store ANYTHING in my WJ! You've opened up a whole new area for me, especially the driver's side where you can't see out anyway. I was thinking about a pickup rifle rack, but you're approach is much better. The window is too short for a rifle anyway. Now you've got my brain going! Thanks!

I went looking for an XJ and this WJ snuck up behind me and attacked! She was a cream puff at a really attractive price. PA car with no rust and service records. I took her home.

I stumbled upon this looking for other XJ stuff and I didn't know jrozar posted these. I'm the one who built these so I found some of the finished pics and figured I'd share with the group. I think they turned out pretty good and there plenty strong.

Maybe... these were a prototype thing. I made these from scrap metal that I found at work. I'd need to price it all out if I was going to make a few sets. They look really good with the powdercoat on them but I'm sure they would look good with some spray paint too.

I had the Raingler net, bought from JeepinOutfitters. TrailTuffNets also makes a version. http://www.ebay.com/itm/151313626635...84.m1436.l2649
