CB in Dash (with pics)
While I appreciate the effort to mount the CB in that location, I certainly would not want to be in an on-coming vehicle on a two lane road should you get the urge to sneak a peek and fiddle with the darn thing.
Higher and closer to your normal eye elevation is a better choice for your safety and those on the road/trail with you.
