Default Brush Guard Brackets

I bought a brush guard from a friend who recently sold his jeep, and it has no way to mount it to my 96 cherokee. It has flat plates inbetween the horizontal bars, like normal, but they end in bolt holes with no obvious way to attach it to the jeep. Is there anywhere that sells mounting brackets, or would I have to fab something to work? Also, where would it attach to on the jeep?
Thanks in advance.

Post a few pictures of what you have for the brush guard and your bumper and we may be able to suggest what to do.

Good luck

I have the same brush guard!! On the brackets that wrap around the bumper there are the two big bolt holes on the top and bottom. Mine has little angle brackets that bolt to those holes and then bolt to the bumper. I cant remember if it mounts to existing holes or not, but drilling a few holes won't be the end of the world. So a few bolts and some 1.5'' angle iron and you should be fine

So it'd mount almost like CheapCherokee's does in his pics? I've already got some small peices of angle iron for the back half (or top of the lower tube, if need be) to mount my kc lites.

i have the very same brush guard.mine is attached to my bumper, it was temporary at first, i took and drilled holes in my bumper on the inside of brush guard and put a L brackets on the inside and it helped it big time.. i also put an extra bolt through my bumper mounts under the front of my jeep on both sides , i figured reinforcing the bumper and the brush guard would help alot. and it did. its strong.
