Bedliner headliner?

Bedliner headliner?
So i have a 1992 XJ and the previous owner ripped the headliner out because it was starting to sag. Well now i have some awesome looking foam stuff thats falling apart all over the inside of my Jeep. Has anyone put some insulation up and then bedlinered it? or undercoating? Something that looks good and keeps some sound out and keeps the heat/or cold inside.
