Back half reinforcement?

Back half reinforcement?
In the past couple of wheeling trips I have leaned up against some trees and have broken out my rear glass on my XJ. I have been thinking about back halfing it but I am concerned about the unibody. What kind of reinforcing do I need when I hack off the back end?
