got bored at work, decided to finally make a bumper. mounts are 1/4 inch, main parts are 3/16" and clevis tabs are cnc'd out of 1" plate.

all tacked up minus clevis tabs and receiver

cutting the clevis tabs on the water jet

all done and painted


And it doesn't just look pretty, it works!!

that looks bad ***. is there some kind of template online for locating the holes? or do you guys just use the ol cardboard?

d 50 there is a template floating around, but i just took off my bumper and measured the holes out.
