Default aluminum roof rack! super light!!

We built this about 5 years ago. Since then we got rid of the grey 89 and i just bought a white one. and it all starts again...

It is a rain gutter mount that we cut out of 1/4 in plate. I'll post pics of it up close when it's not dark outside.

looks good. whats the wall thickness on the tube? and how much does it weigh?

I don't remember the thickness of the wall but it weighs about 15-20 lbs.

My dads friend that we built it with had a custom metalwork shop but it didn't do so well in our town.

These days it seems to be hard for something like that to stay open. Sell them online he may be able to make a go of it without as much overhead.
