Crossmember complete, lower control arms 90 percent complete. Just need to build the uppers and tie into lowers and fab the t-case skid.

Nice looking work so far. Why radius arms instead of a 3 or 4 link?

I'd flip those zerk fitting around and have them facing up, i've hit my JJ's right there a lot and didnt want them breaking off or galling into the housing. Just my .02.

Going with the radius arms for simplicity for now, but the way I built the crossmember a 3 link will be an easy add on down the road.

The zerks will be flipped up on the finale install.

I'm running a very similar radius arm set up from Clayton offroad. I'll be going 3 link one of these days...

So, probably a dumb question, but why the square tubing instead of round?

I used square tubing for two reasons, availability and cost. Also if I was to make any mistakes on the arms it's not going to break the bank.

Yeah, i cut off the bushing ends of my old fixed uppers and used weld in bungs from ruffstuff. I was going to build the uppers from square tube, but... i didn't
