96 Explorer power seats to 88 XJ

96 Explorer power seats to 88 XJ
My drivers seat is toast....have a power seat from a 96 Explorer, is there any way to mount the seat in my Cherokee?

Anything is possable. I am not familure enough with the explorer to know what the current seat frame looks like, or how to go about making it fit.
One thing to keep in mind is that the floor is verry narrow on the front floor section where the seat mounts. and the center of the floor bumps out quite a bit into the driver and passenger floor arias.
