Default 4 runner brush guard on my XJ

I just got a brush guard off a 4 runner. I am obviously going to have to make up some brackets. Where have you guys mounted brush guards?
PLEASE INCLUDE PICTURES.

Here's a couple of pics of mine. But mine was made for an xj. So just copy how they did there brakets. The bracket gets bolted to unibody frame then the stock bumper bracket goes over top of that then bolt up the stock bumper and then bolt up brush guard to bracket bottom.

Hey thanks, I lucked out and got it out of a local junnk yard from another xj. The junk yard has a deal everything you can cary for 52.95 So needles to say I got that and a couple of other goodies. It just took a long time to cary the brush guard my tools and other goodies back to the front of the yard to pay for it all. Being it was just me and had no friends there to help me cary it all.

Aquickmopar I just bought that same brush guard off craigslist and went to put it on but the two holes didnt match up anywhere, seeing as the guy did not have the brackets. do you know where I could get those brackets?

I would first check with the guy you bought it from. If he took it off of his jeep to sell it more than likely the brakets are still on his jeep. If not then I would go to a machine shop and have some made for it. I could take measurements of mine and draw some up and post it for you, so you can take to a machine shop if you decide to go that rout. But I don't know who makes the brush guard because I got mine out of a local junk yard. It may be a mopar product, I don't know, if it is then the dealer might sell them.

The brackets are made out of 1/4" thick metal stock. The bottom of the bracket 90 degree's out toward tire. You can see where I drew the line through it. That's where it 90's at. I drew up the passenger side bracket. So just mirror image for driver side.
