Sorry havent been on ina day or so.. work has been crazy.

My final double low 1 ratio is 142to1. In double low it is only good for technical crawling.. there is no wheel speed.. or bumping an obstacle. Infact we GPS verified what my top speed was with the doubler in 5 th gear.. I got to a top speed of 16.2 mph.

Reason I didnt do a 231/300 cuase I am using my d300 in my MJ truggy build Its drivetrain is 4.3 700r4 203 d300. I might even put a 4 to 1 kit in the 300 if I can find a used one. Currently its Double low ratio will be 5.44 the 203 only has 2 to 1.. and the d300 is 2.62 to 1.

That's awesome. Maybe if I ever get into some real crawling I could justify a doubler of sorts. Lol.

I had a 205/205 setup on a BroncoII a while back. That thing was stupid low.

I wouldn't mind doubling my 231. I'm not sure that I'd need it though. maybe when I go to 37's.

That's what I'm thinking, trying to decide between that and the terra 4:1

Honestly, I'd do that before I spent 1200 on 4:1.

It's be cheaper to double the 231.

Is that how much it is? You could definitely snag a 241OR for $1200.

Or do the doubler.
