yeah they are spring retainers drilled out to 5/8 for the shock, then cut in half and then you put the two together around the shock and hose clamp them together. ghetto but it works!

OH I just really looooove these RC toys! I haven't gotten my RC cars as of now but I am planning to buy one for my collection. I have several RC helicopters like Apache and Black Hawk. They are really cool toys to play with indoor and outdoor! I bought them a month ago from Cobra RC Toys. The price is relatively cheap compared to other online stores.

Default tmaxx and tc3

tmaxx 3.3 with OS21BB motor upgrade and so many other upgrades its stupid.
Asso.T3C with again so many upgrades its hard to think about all the $$$$ that coulda been put in to the XJ.

What would be a good introductory setup? I've been eyeballing the Scorpion AX10. Would like to do crawling as well as some mud.
