This guy has a 97 wrangler with 6.5 lift 3 inch body 3.5 suspension
ok any way the 4x4 don't work he said he can get it in 4low and 2high
is this some kinda linkage like a a/t tranny for the transfer case i've never messed with mine on the cherokee so i'm kinda lost here thanks

 

If it will go in 4 low, then his transfer case is engaging. Must be a linkage problem. That's what happens with 3 inches of body lift.

 

Linkage issue do to the 3" body lift..
