Yea I knew buying this thing used that I would eventually have to do it all since it hasnt been done yet and I dont plan on getting rid of it anytime soon. I have done tons of reading and research (along with every other 6.0 owner) and once you get it all done they arent bad motors just have to spend 4 grand to get it to that point. I will be ordering the parts in the next month and found a guy who has done 10 of them and will cost me around 3200 with parts which is pretty cheap less than 1500 in labor and I plan on getting the SCT. I think its fast enough stock but wth might as well have a piece of mind cause my oil cooler is starting to go so might as well do it haha!

Boring but been there with a xj and zj as daily's never had enough time to spend on them fixing stuff
So service the Hondas once a year don't touch em again till next service.
