Unhappy Sound from front tires

Hey everyone,

I have a 1998 Jeep Cherokee Sport, I recently started to notice a low pitch sound from the front tires when driving - it is relative to the speed the tires are going at, speeds up with speed and slows down with speed. I replaced my rear differential and my back tires where making a similar whomping sound with the speed before I had it fixed. Any ideas?

Thank you!

Jack it up and spin the wheels listening for the noise.
