Just thought I would share my recent experience with them. I ordered over $1000.00 worth of parts. Wheels, headlights, tail lights, tow mirrors, and wheel locks. I ordered Ultra WARLOCK Satin Bronze with Black Lip and Clear Coat. Well, they showed up and not only would I not consider them bronze, the tire shop agreed with me, the lip wasn't black either. I have spent almost week trying to work a out a reasonable resolution (they taking them back on their dime) They won't I have to pay to ship them back AND a restocking fee, even after politely speaking with a Manager. So, I told them I had no other choice to but to send the entire $1000.00 order back and eat the shipping and restocking fees and I will spread my experience on all my forums and social media. so, I am doing just that. They have terrible customer service, ridiculous hold times, and every "response time" is 24-48 hours.

They are ultra wheels? I would think thats the manufactures fault and not carid but thats just me. Was shipping free? If so, i understand them not paying for the shipping again. Just some thoughts i had.
Damn, sorry to hear about your experience. And now I am getting worried because i ordered a dash kit and new headlights from that site three weeks ago that still havent arrived....
