Default So, My friend with a Bronco II...

Well, first let me give you some background, He had one prior to his Newer one. He thrashed that thing, He accidently tipped it over one time. But we still drove it after we tipped back over, just some door damage. The motor blew out trying to pull my jeep out one time. He got a new one, And just today, He rolled it. He only had it about 2 months. Hilarious, I know. But the roof is smashed and I don't know what to do with it, I want to come up with something awesome to do to it. Please Help with some ideas. Preferably affordable, but innovative.

I forgot to mention that it had a little bit of a body lift on it, He stuffed some 31" mud terrains under it. But it does have some monroe gas shocks.

I saw someone use the frame, dropped in a 302 and put a Ranger cab on the frame w/roll cage, looked like a buggy but still had the Ford personality

chop it, make it a small truggy, remove the front fenders and stuff some big tires under it. Replace the split beam with a D50 split beam or SAS with a cherokee d30

thanks for the ideas. I'm waiting to hear some really good ones. We already plan on roll caging it, but i don't think that thing'll ever be street legal in California again. But, I'd like to also swap out the front axle, problem, i need a welder before I do that i think. I know how to weld, just need one. I have to ask, What do i do with the A Pillars? They're so smashed. Should We just cut it and leave a cage and leave it Truggied? Or should we Try to fix it a little? I've never had to do something with something this messed up. We want to do something interesting with it. thanks for the help. I'm want MOAR!!

They are very prone to rolling over. New engine? Those 2.8/2.9 motors are pretty weak and not the best of engines.

I want to throw a Ford 4.0V6 in it. I think that'd be cool. Power, And okay gas mileage. And we wouldn't have to smash the fire wall at all to fit it. And I know a place to get it for 350 bucks. Which is a good price in my opinion. But we'll have to fab up some motor Mounts.
