Hello Everyone I'm new to the forum. I've always used the forum here to solve my jeep woahs but this is my first post

I have a 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo thats been my only vehicle and daily driver for 7 years now. Recently I had a rough idle problem and rough driving problem on the highway it wouldn't wanna take off at first. Now I've got a sitting Jeep that wont start. I've always done all the work on my jeep but this has me stumped any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ive checked for spark and have spark could it still be the cps? I also ran a paperclip test on the fuel pump relay and barely heard anything from the pump, Im thinking its the fuel pump now tho I wish it wasn't. Going to test for fuel pressure next. Hoping its just a fuse.
