it's made by "Manik 4x4 off-road accessories" i pulled it off of a range rover in the junkyard and figured i could fab it to fit on my jeep but now it seems more trouble than its worth. i can't seem to find out exactly how much it is, but it seems that the ball park price is 400. the part # on the tag is "878850". i figure ill sell it and just buy more important stuff for my truck, so if anyone could help me come up with a price that would be awesome. im thinking 200-300 because of the dent and some really minor rust spots, but other than those its in perfect shape.

I wouldn't even try to go lower with someone who wanted more for something that was used than it was new. Especially when the thing is rusted and has a big dent in the front of it. Doesn't make any sense. I would just search elsewhere. I have seen a few of these floating around that go for less than 250 used.

I'd be happy to get $50 for it.. take a look at the second pic. It's bent, possibly pushing the mounting off or racking the assembly.
Land Rover owners arent espescially known to be bolting on used damaged parts.. even at half the cost of new.
I dont mean to sound cruel but lets look at it realistically.. would you spend a couple hundred and bolt that on your XJ?
Drop the manufacturer an email, ask if that bent piece is available, replace it and ask 200 if it makes economical sense.

Just to let you know what others are going for......
If he bought the middle piece it probably wouldn't be worth selling after that. The middle piece would be the most expensive. You would probably get little to no profit unless he could find the middle piece for a decent price or from a jy but even then from what I have seen it is hard to get rid of them for 200.
Put it for 200 and if no one calls and tries to talk down the price lower it until someone calls and tries to make a deal with you. As long as you don't mind waiting. Someone might want it, you never know.
