What kind of axles are in the j10 jeep truck

Yep J10 has d44s front and rear .. years 1980-1986 U may find a AMC20 axle in the rear but its not the c-clip crappy ones in CJs that got the bad reputaion .. they are full 1 piece axles and are actually a stronger then a d44. (Not possitive if the J10s ever had the AMC20s but I know some Grand Wags had them for those years).

J20 had d44 front and d60 rear all years

If ur looking at it for axle swaps stay away from the older J3000s and J4000s, U will run into the odd old Dana axles like the d60-2 and d53 and crap lol.
