sounds kool...ive never seen old islander editions but some guy by me has like an 08 wrangker with islander bages and stickers all over it.do you have pics

 

i'll get one up tomorrow it's "cute" i painted the flares on mine because i could take the amount of blue with the original body color flares other than that its original paint...interior is grey with blue piping oh yeah its fancy i bought it to lift and build a trail rig but it's too clean i can't trash it

 

My old '93 YJ had 113k on it when I bought it. It was from california, and it was a little pre customized. It came with some goodyear 31s on american racing wheels, It had a radio with a 12 disc CD changer, there were two 6x9 speaker boxes mounted to the bottoms of the roll cage in the rear, there was an alarm system. And it was clean as a whistle. I'm sad that a drunk driver wrecked it back a few years ago because I still miss it. I had just put on my lights and my brush and grille guard a week before the accident happened too lol

all i did was paint the top black (it was grey) and the flares (they were body color) and threw the tires on

 

I had a white with grey hardtop and it came with bikini, soft, tonneau and windjammer. Friggin carter carbed the first half of 89. Hated every minute of it.

 

i already put a weber on it and hei conversion 25 mpg outta the 4.2

 

What happened to the sun decals that were part of the oh-so-ugly Islander kit??

We have a yellow one running around here.. I want to just take a scraper to the stripes and sun.
