I used to have an '83 - probably the most comfortable car I've ever driven, but the 12.5 horsepower 305 was an epic turd. Unfortunately I didn't have the money at the time to repower it appropriately, so it went down the road in favor of a 90 Firebird that could actually get out of its own way and not make me the target of freeway death threats.
