I have seen the first one in person. The "person" who owned the shop that created it ran afoul of several Illinois Vehicle Codes and Employer Laws. He had more than a single investigation by the Attorney General's office into his business practices. Also quite a few upset and angry customers. Last time I heard he was in Indiana trying to open another shop and had an anti-goverment website up. Claiming it was a set-up that made him build vehicles that were illegal to drive.
