Used to own this 1994 Toyota pick up. 4WD, with brush guard, paid $900 for it not running and sold it in same condition for $1,500 about 2months later! What do you think??

ever find out why it wasn't running? congrats on the turn around. great way to bank $$ for XJ parts

 

Well when I bought the thing it wouldn't even try to start. Changed the fuel pump and it started up. With a huge knock! Someone told me it was the litters so I changed the water pump, timing belt, and driver side lifters. No a thing helped. So a couple days later I jumped in her, started it up, revved it, and threw a rod... . >.< so, put it on CL for $1,500 sold in 2 days
