what year and engine?

most aren't hard... worst part is usually the bolts breaking or having to cut them out.

Also the rear hatch door doesn't close anymore let alone lock. When I close the hatch it just bounces off n doesn't even close wat could that be?

the cat on those are built into the center pipe, so it really depends on how you get one as far a difficulty. if you get the whole pipe then its easy. un-bolt and the re-bolt the new one in and just screw out sensors and back into the new one.

if its a cut and weld (or clamp) style it can be more difficult. the can is under the floor boards so driveway access is limited. i would recommend taking it to an exhaust shop and getting a quote unless you have access to a lift.

the rear hatch sounds like the latch is bad. but make sure its not in the closed position and just hitting the stop. its most likely seized up and rusty, which as causing the lever to not grab. good luck
