Lmao, took it down the road yest so Chief could see it with all the lights on.. he said it looks like one big flashing red/white light. Couldn't hardly see the truck! Lmao. I might've overkilled on the lights a lil bit...

On the 'bright' side, found some free 37/12.5/16.5 goodyears for the truck! Going to pick 'em up Sat. 65% tread too. Can't beat free!

I'm taking it tomorrow to the decal guy for the white stripe to be put on. Then inspection and it's in service.

I'll have ya'll a total cost here soon. Hint: it cost less than twice the price of installing a septic tank...

Thanks bud. I'm sure it'll be a great help over the upcoming years. We truly needed a good/capable brush truck. The ford we have had for ever is just to heavy to get off of hard ground. With 37" goodyears on ton axles, lockers and 4.56 gears this thing should be plenty. Hell, I wanna take it crawling. Tank and pump and everything! Lmao

Congrats man. We had our annual parade bbq yesterday. Had all the neighboring districts involved too. 42 different emergency vehicles plus another 65 sponsored. It was the biggest done. Of course it helped that Jessica Muese from American idol grew up in our home town and it was her homecoming. I tutored her in math in HS lol
