So question, been looking and searching and cant find diddly squat on body lifts in terms of install and/or removal (might be lookin in the wrong area). I am wanting to remove the 3" body lift on my truck 98 QC Sport. Reason being, i am wanting a 6" long arm lift and dont need the useless bodylift.

Is anyone familiar with removing them or direct me to a write up of install/removal. I would like to have better understanding of all the parts involved like bumpers, any extentions, etc.
