Default B*stard Pack On my truck??

long story short... is it possible to make a b*stard pack on the front leaves of a vehicle? is it dangerous? or safe?

X2, just never ever use lift blocks on the front leaf springs.

yeah i knew blocks was a bad idea. i was just wondering if makin a home made pack would be safe.
