I was expecting all i was gonna find would be pieces of crap, but down here there not as rusty, but theve been dogged. like i said my only dilema is the gas mileage. school is only 6 or so miles. Id rather not have to pay 4 bucks to get to school and 4 back. Cause i want 35's on a bronk if i get one.. Guess the best i can hope for if i get one is the EFI 5.0
I have a 97 F250 with a 351 it gets 11.6 miles to the gallon . It sucks but I use it to pull my jeep to the woods . My girl likes to drive her jeep every where . But if I get a bronco it will be another trailer queen

Broncos are kind of where I started getting into cars and whatnot. My uncle had a '76, with the 302 V8. Even had the dual gas tanks. I spent a good portion of my youth outside working on that thing with him.
The full-size broncos are nice, but I like them a little less. They're great for plowing, but I dunno... they seemed a little too soft the newer they got. The first generations of the full-size, with the manual hubs and transfer case, were far better (in my opinion) than the newer ones with the push-button four wheel drive.
A couple of years ago, I even had a Bronco II...

It was awful, Man. One problem after another. Didn't help that it was pushing 220,000 miles and that, like most Ford 2.9's, tore through ignition modules faster than I could find replacements. I liked it a bit more than the full-sizes, though, because it felt... well, I guess it felt more like the first generation Broncos.
Either way... yeah. Broncos're decent.

Had a completely restored Bronco 5.0 5 Speed from the factory. That rubber floor mat is factory to. Had a digital tachometer and OBD11 I think someone added the OBD11 since it was a 1995. If I ever come into money I want a 1978 Bronco with a 7.3 Powerstroke swap or Cummins 24 valve.

I love my Fords . But the did some stupid stuff with there 4x4. I don't ever recall a full size bronco with push button 4 wheel drive . But I know they ran push button 4 wheel drive un trucks from about 2000. And the last coulpe of years they have gone back to manuel hubs .

The push button 4x4 was an option for the longest time. I think they introduced it in '87. The base model still had the manual hubs and transfer case, but you had to specify it on, I think, the XLT models. The Eddie Bauer editions had the push-button 4x4 standard.

Other way around I absolutely hated, hated with a passions still to this day Manual Locking Hubs! If they are not perfect they will get stuck and you can't turn them untill you back up. Also mud ,dirt and rocks get in there. They way it goes anyone born before the 1990's everyone loves them anyone born after hates them. I will replace the cad/solenoid until unit as many times as I break it. The guy who bought mine that was one the reasons he bought it auto hubs. Also only Eddie Bower Bronco's are the only ones I have ever seen with push button 4x4. I have used the 4x4 button, there not bad you just have to wait for the button to stop blinking. When there working it's nice just push and wait but when there not it's a pain. Also forgot to add my Bronco had the optional 33 gallon tank. I averaged about 16-18 MPG only mods that were done are 31" All Terrains removed muffler. Only part that rotted out, I left the resonator on, put tailpipe on I was still little to loud for my but everyone else liked it. I removed the vacuum canister and previews owner removed the EGR with EGR delete kit.
