Default Anyone know any thing about pathfinders??

I have a few questions, I'm buying a bigger lift and a buddy wanted to know if some of my old parts would work for his pathfinder. It's a 90's path finder I'll get the exact year in a bit when he's up.
Parts that I don't need any more are:
4 zone shocks - for 3 inch lift
2- 3'' coils
2 -3'' leaf packs

Any ideas out there? I'm going to keep searching the topic fr a bit. Or if anyone is interested in buying them give me a shout

Nissan Pathfinder/Hardbody have Torsion bars instead of coil springs.
The rear is a leaf setup.
They're a PITA to work on too.

The rear of a pathfinder is a 4 link. edit. err 5 link. depends if you count the panhard bar

FWIW. Stock cherokee coils net 3 inches of lift in the rear of a pathy..

If you find some well broke in stock coils and crank the Tbars you will get a 3 in lift. the Cv angles aren't that bad depending on what you define as bad.

That's some good info man. Thanks. How does a torsion bar work? All you would have to do is adjust it up?

Yeah there is real free lifts. So stock Cherokee coils net 3 inches? That'd be great, I have a couple pairs of those Laying arounf

The worst idea is to use front springs from something, on the rear of something else.
They WAY to stiff, they're spec'd out for carrying the weight of the engine, and brake dive when applying the brakes sharply.

Why?
Lot's of people use front coils out back when building a four-link.

I have some really broken in stock coils , and a pair with some life left. If they can barely hold up my Cherokee I'm sure they won't be that stiff on a pathy
