1997 F150 4.6 missing

Default 1997 F150 4.6 missing

I just bought a 97 Ford F150 with the triton 4.6 and it has a miss on one of the cylinders on right side 1-4 Cylinders.I have swap coils and still has miss has spark to all cylinders too.Anyone help me?

Those were recalled for blowing the spark plugs out of the heads. Also, the plugs have a habit for breaking as well. Might be one of those issues.

I already looked there lol they all say the same thing.I believe it may be the fuel injector on cylinder 3

Is it throwing the engine light? If so, you cand find out exactly which cylinder(s) are misfiring. What I did on my 99 crown vic police intercept to find which coil is bad, I started the car and unplugged one coil at a time. If it starts running worse when you unplug one, its a good coil. No difference, its bad. You could have one or more plugs fouled out too. Try that and see what you find.

Ya i took all the injector plugs off one at a time and all changed it running except cylinder 3
