If you have any extra tie traps lying around, make them useful. Auto Zone or any care care stores should supply tie straps fairly cheap. You take the tie strap and run it through the bottom of bracket and put the "S" hook to the bottom hole of the side wall tab.

From here, you will find the items that best suit your needs and place them inside the bracket on top of the tie strap. Take the other end of your tie strap and run over the top of the bracket back to the top hole. Pull any left over strap tight and tighten up on the ratchet strap.

You may want take a pair of scissors and the cut the remainder of strap off to a desired length. Once you have the length cut, take a lighter and burn the end to keep the strap from fraying.
