Thanks. We've still got the WJ. I was thinking about maybe getting an XJ, or another ZJ to modify.

Hows the fitment of the backbone system on the newer style ZJ (96-98)? The grilles and bumper cover are different then the 93-95s. Interested in seeing pics. Looks like a nice solid recovery set up!

How about some of that love for the WJ? I would sleep on your sidewalk to get a backbone and tailbone system for my '99!

WJ.......Checked A~Pillar fitment yesterday, this item will only work on the ZJ due to the WJ's windshield/door gasket configuration.

I need to get under a WJ to check it's unibody assembly as compared to the ZJ, unsure of changes. (BackBone System)

WJ TailBone, no plans as of yet, but I can offer:

or

Both are hitch mount, anti-rattle, swing out/swing back, double latch, multi-vehical friendly, expedition tested logging over 1300 miles off road.

Consider these simply options, they are'nt on our website yet, but they are all over our face book pages.

I stopped production of the ZJ BackBone 6-7 years ago, if I had pictures to fill your request, they're probably long lost....sorry. I don't see any issue's with fitment for your years, no one had any negative results from their install which would have been brought to my attention.

I produced the ZJ BackBone for aprox. 2 years before putting on the shelf, there were'nt a whole lot of them on the trail back then, they still brought good money to purchase and were mostly grocery getters for soccer mom's still. Sometimes you can be too early with a product on some vehicals, I still have the jigs/templates......I see many more being used off road today, so I figure it might be a good time to reintroduce as an alternative over a full bumper, or as always, a base to build your own bumper from.
