zj front springs

I have a 98 zj I bought used. I believe it has a bent front spring .I'm having trouble finding replacement lift springs for it. Are any of the other front springs from other models that could be interchanged. Thanks

www.rockauto.com will have brand new springs for about sixty bucks plus shipping.
